Thursday Evening
Conference Dinner
A conference dinner takes place on Thursday evening. The dinner includes a welcoming drink, buffet, some drinks, and coffee & tea. The exact venue will follow.
The fee for attending the dinner is € 45
Cancellation Policy
The following charges will apply if registration is cancelled:
Before April 1, 2026: 50% cancellation fee
Before May 1, 2026: 75% cancellation fee
From May 15, 2026: 100% cancellation fee
